He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Charles and Martha Bushta Yancosek; his wife Rita Ann Folio Yancosek; and his brother Clement Daniel Yancosek. He is survived by: his children, John P. Yancosek (Brigitte) of Washington and Julie A. Melone (Thomas) of Daniels, WV; his siblings, Richard Yancosek (Katherine) of Wexford and E. Yancosek-Gamble of Washington; his grandchildren, Thomas Melone (Danielle), Matthew Melone (Adreanna), John Melone (Samantha), Joshua Yancosek and Jacob Yancosek; his great grandchild Thomas Andrew Melone III; and his sister-in-law Virginia Skowvron.
The family has requested that no flowers be sent. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Oglebay Woodcarvers Guild, 1330 National Road, Wheeling, WV 26003.
