He is survived by: his mother Janice Ann Groves Smetanka of Perryopolis, PA; his daughters, Janice Smetanka, Elaine Lyons (Jerome) and Kimberly Higby; his grandchildren, Blaine and Hayden; his siblings, Kimberly Cunningham (Larry), Denice Joseph (Brian) and Timothy Smetanka; his girlfriend Lisa; and his aunt Martha Hela.
