It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce E. (Walters) Kardos of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 25, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walters and Vera Walters (Wills); her husband Nicholas J. "Nick" Kardos; and her brother James Walters. She is survived by: her children, Thomas J. Kardos (Susan) of Apollo, Diana K. Bowser (Chris) of Finleyville and John N. Kardos (Amy) of Dover, OH; her grandchildren, Janelle Schnur (Matt), Krista Schmidt (Zach), Nicholas Kardos (Jessi), Christian Bowser (Emma) and Madison Bowser; her great grandchildren, Athena, Madeleine and Emilia; her sisters, Lila Kirkpatrick of Plum and Mary Alice Borland of Lower Burrell; and her sister-in-law Jean Walters of Plum. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice in Joyce's memory.
