She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Allender and Evelyn Fogle Allender. She is survived by: her spouse Verne Keenan; her children, William "Bill" Keenan (Sandy) of Washington and April Ryan (Kevin) of Washington; her brother Clarence Allender (Jeannie) of Washington; her grandchildren, Anton, Lisa, Tina, Tiffany, Shiloh, Jory and Christal; and her siblings, Earle Allender and Darlene Allender.

In lieu of flowers, Washington Alliance Church, 246 Sanitarium Rd, Washington, PA 15301 will set up a fund for youth mission trips.
