Beaver (Scott) of McDonald; her stepsons, Shane A. Phillips (Linette) of Sycamore and Shelby E. Phillips (Annette) of Waynesburg; her brothers, Clifford "Rex" Johnson of Florida and Dennis Johnson (Shelley) of Maryland; her grandchildren, Katie Hohing (Dakota Spalding), Amber Cape (Michael), Jeremiah, Kylie, Brennan Beaver, Rachel Hoffman (Michael), Rebecca Phillips, Amanda Debolt (Richie), Brittany Dillon (Everett), Shanin Walls (Kenny), Autumn, Summer, Sheldon and Savanah Phillips; and her brother John Johnson. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
