He is survived by: his daughters, Nichole Metzler, Ashley Holt and Julia Metzler; his siblings, Barry Metzler, Nancy Shannon, Susan Shannon and Jaynne Dignon; his grandson Royce Roberts; his fiancée Brenda Roithner; and his fiancée's daughter Amanda Mallory.

In lieu of flowers family request memorial contributions be made to Angel Ridge Animal Rescue 390 Old Hickory Ridge Road, Washington, Pa. 15301.
