She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Dickey" and Amy Gmiter Kirchmyer. She is survived by: her husband Richard Oblak; her son Sean R. Walters (Amy Casciola Walters); and her sister Chara Kirchmyer of Tucson Arizona. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers (although a few would be alright, lol) Laurie requested that donations be made in her name to the Washington Humane Society, P. O. Box 66, Eighty-Four, PA 15330.
