She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Stevens and Cora Hawking Stevens. She is survived by: her husband John Sprowls; her sons, Robert Sprowls (Madeline) of Washington and Carl Sprowls (Suzette) of Washington; her brother Jack Stevens; her daughter Alice Dunn; and her siblings, Walter, Opal Teagarden and Lillian Madden. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
