She was predeceased by: her significant other Gerald Connolly; her grandson Justin Garey; her great grandchild Jacob Peterson; her siblings, Bill, Charles, Earl, Jim, Rosemarie and Don; and her parents, John McCullough and Mary McCullough (Horner).
She is survived by: her children, Tom (Nancy), Lori, Barbara (Mac) and John; her grandchildren, Dana, Carrie, Adam, Aaron, Tiffany, Bart and Valerie; and her great grandchildren, Megan, Madisan, Micah, Jeremy, Nathan, Blake and Ryder. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Wounded Warriors.
