She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Curtis Smith and Goldie Mae Noble Smith. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Miller (Vicki) of Washington, Kenneth Miller of Washington and Sally Ann Whipkey of Ohio; her sister May Brock of Washington; her grandchildren, Karen, Jimmy, Jason and Victor; her siblings, George, John, Boyd, Kenneth, Glenn Smith, Dorothy Crow and Nannie Bell; and her grandson Joshua Miller. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
