He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter J. Fisher and Barbara McCartney Duncan; his wife Martha D. Fisher; his children, Bonnie Myers (Edgar) of West Alexander, Barbara Mitchell of Washington, Cynthia Nixon (Richard) of McDonald, Frances Montgomery of West Finley, John Fisher (Missy) of Washington, Matthew D. Fisher of Washington, William Fisher of Clarkston, WA and Walter Joseph Fisher of West Alexander; and his siblings, Donna Fay Allen of Washington, Walter, Gene, Elizabeth, Harriet, Ann, Effie and Josephine. He was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
