She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Bell and Fame Iseman Bell; her husband Jack Hoy; her son Brian Hoy; and her grandchildren, Brandon Hoy and Amanda Sonson.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Hoy (Joan) of Washington, Keith Hoy (Roberta Hendrick) of Washington, Holly Kearns (James) of Avella and Jacqueline Hoy-Stock of Washington; her sister Darla Hess (Frank) of Washington; and her grandchildren, Justin, Dylan, Dakota, Brian II, Danielle, Nathan, Erin Hoy, Sara Zrimsek, Lance, Katie, Courtney Kearns, Jax and Xane Stock. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
