She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rhoades and Hazel Genevieve Shrontz Rhoades. She is survived by: her husband Donald M. McDowell; her children, Linda Binns, Brenda Neundorf of Pittsburgh and James McDowell (Krissy) of Washington; her grandchildren, Jessica Mojica (Anthony) of Houston, Second Lieutenant Donald Weaver (Sami) of Oklahoma City, OK and Samantha McDowell of Washington; her great grandchildren, Michael Weaver of New Eagle, Piper and Londyn Mojica of Houston; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Zay and Eli; her siblings, Robert Rhoades of Newville, PA and Alma Hart of Washington; her aunt Wilma Cale of Tennessee; and her brother William Rhoades. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
