She was predeceased by: her parents, Ensely Kelsey and Helen Cummings Kelsey. She is survived by: her sons, Timothy E. Livingston (Judith) of Washington and Riley Livingston of Carlisle; her grandchildren, Jesse and Jered Livingston; and her siblings, James Kelsey, Betty Felton and Beverly Gatten.

Memorial donations can be made to Guiding Eyes for the Blind, 611 Granite Springs Rd, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598. (Seeing eye dogs).
