She is survived by: her son Shawn Kostrej of Washington, PA; her sisters, Cindy Dishong (Patrick) of Logan, OH, Kathy Woods (John) of Washington, PA and Terry Lemley (Dave Hawk) of Washington, PA; her grandson Mason; and her siblings' children, Dakota, Douglas, Joey, Jimmy, Roxanne, Courtney, Elizabeth and Samantha.
