She was predeceased by: her mother Myrtle Dahlem Hulena; and her stepfather Joseph Hulena. She is survived by: her husband William Lewis; her children, Jeffrey Lewis (Deborah Hall) of Kennett Square, PA and Sarah Lewis Shelkey (Doneld Shelkey) of Gibsonia, PA; and her granddaughters, Emily, Katherine Lewis, Sadie, Sophie, Samantha and Syliva Shelkey.
