He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Lukas and Ann M. Lukas. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Marie Worobec; his children, Brandy Steenson (Jim) of Carnegie, Christopher Kulla (Stefanie) of Washington and Cody Kulla (Valerie) of Cecil; his sisters, Patricia Kulla of Washington and Janet Kulla of Washington; his grandchildren, Taylor, Allison, Lexie, Logan, Olivia and Cecilia; his aunts, Frances Applegate of Washington and Virginia Lukas of Washington; and his uncle Paul.
