Hutter; her former husband Jorge Martinez Arroyo; her son Bruce Carlos Arroyo; her grandson Anthony Carlos Arroyo; and her siblings, Harold Medlen, Leroy Medlen, Kenneth Medlen, James Medlen, Bernice Montgomery, Elmay McVehil, Sadie Angeline Meyers, Loring Lonzo Medlen, Jr., Melvin Lee Medlen, Albert Medlen, Mary Hall and Alice Carpenter.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Arroyo (Tammy), Lori A. Chappel (Jeffrey), Daniel Arroyo, Ruthie Santek (late Robert) and Charmaine Louk. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; many, many, great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
