She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Tepper and Victoria Piwowar Tepper; her husband Steve; and her siblings, Edward, Chester, Leonard, Angeline and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her daughter Kristin Krivoniak (Nicholas); and her grandchildren, April Krivoniak, Nicholas Krivoniak and Buddy.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, her favorite charity in memory of Phyllis A. Durik.
