She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Hustava and Mary Helen Rydzak Hustava; her husband Andrew Kasavich; and her brother David Michael Hustava. She is survived by: her children, Michael Chastel (Cynthia) of Washington and Nichole Clemens (David) of East Finley; her grandchildren, David L. Clemens, Tonya R. Clemens, Michael D. Clemens (Karlie), Sarrah Scitz and Benjamin Scitz (Brianna); and her great grandchildren, Allie, Hunter Clemens, Kenny Keener and Remmie Scitz.
