He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hagan and Shirley Lowe Williams. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Vaughn Williams; his daughter Erica Williams of McDonald; his stepdaughter Natasha Houston (David) of Penn Hills; his stepgrandchildren, Mahayla, Natalia and David Houston; and his siblings, Ernest Williams (Kelley) of Pittsburgh, Donald Hagan (Joanne) of Houston, Melvin Hagan (Carolyn) of Canonsburg, Rita Seals (Marvin) of Canonsburg, Charlotte Leach (Dennis) of High Point, SC, Jackie James (Lamont) of Pittsburgh and Gloria Hagan of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in Ricky's name to the funeral home.
