He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Hall, Jr. and Agnes E. Conkle Hall. He is survived by: his children, Bob Hall (Susan) of Washington and Melissa Hall (Jason Higley) of Beaver Falls; his sisters, Pamela Meredith and Debbie Beck (Richard); his grandchildren, Ashley of Samantha, R. J., Daniel, Victoria and Jamie; and his daughters, Amy Marie and Jamie Beth. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
