Fields of Washington and Stacey Fields (Jerome McClain) of Washington; his siblings, Raymond Fields of Sweden, Eugene Fields (Girthalee) of Washington, Joseph Fields (Sandra) of Washington, Paul Fields of Washington and Stella Fields of Washington; his grandchildren, Markitta Fitzgerald, Albert Lee Fields, Jalicia Fields, Tawana Fields, Tray Mickens (Jona Balu), Michael Mickens, Jabar Kasper, Rameeka Fields, Jeeno Fields and Stacy Lynn Fields; and his siblings, Keith Beatty, William Fields, Troy Fields and Anna Spencer.
The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the funeral home to help defray funeral costs.
