He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Beatrice; his grandmother Angelina Bolza; and his brother Ken. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly (Michael Danner), Diane (Michal Kravelick) and Michael Bolza (Michele); his grandchildren, Travis, Tori, Sean, Andrew, Scott and Kayla; and his siblings, Brenda, Angela, James and Dale. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
