He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jakubovic and Irene Dolan Jakubovic; his grandchildren, J. R. Gustafson and Alex Gustafson; his sister Mary "Madge" Busko (Marion); his godson Mark Rose; and his parents-in-law, Leo "Corky" and Elsie Biller.
He is survived by: his wife Pearl Biller Jakubovic; his children, Michael "Mike" Jakubovic of Mount Pleasant and Leslie Norton (Bert) of White; his stepsons, James "Jimbo" Gustafson of Mount Pleasant, Michael Gustafson (Autumn) of Connellsville and Mark Gustafson (Leah) of Mount Pleasant; and his siblings, George "Sonny" Jakubovic of Latrobe and Maureen Rose (Hank) of Mount Pleasant. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
