She is survived by: her children, Edward M. Smith (Robin) of Washington, Michael J. Smith of West Alexander and Debra Moon (Kenneth) of Washington; her sister Anna Hess of Steubenville, OH; and her grandchildren, Stephanie, Casey, Emily Smith, Alyssa and Ryan Moon.
