He is survived by: his father George Crowe; his wife Toni Dawn Miller of Washington; his daughter Faith Elaine Chadwick; his grandmother Elaine Chadwick; his sisters, Lisa Yoders (Chris) and Nicole Crowe (Mike); his aunts, Janet Bailey (Gene) and Joyce Chadwick; his uncle Duane (Lori) of Washington, PA; his mother-in-law Bunny Miller of Washington, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Dan Carpenter of Washington, PA and Cindy Jo Miller of Wilmington, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephew, and several great-nieces and nephews.
