She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Johnson and Lena Wurtzer Johnson; her husband Jack E. Taylor; and her siblings, Sam, Clyde "Punk" Johnson, Margaret Ptaszek and Hazel Crawford.
She is survived by: her children, Curt Taylor (Joyce) of Washington, Tim Taylor (Jan) of West Mifflin, Jeff Taylor of Washington, Cindy Jamison (Perry) of Washington and Brent Taylor (Vicky) of Cheat Lake, WV; her grandchildren, Nathan Kerr, Nicole Arroyo (Joe) and Michelle Skirble (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Faith Arroyo and Bentley Skirble.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Benevolent Fund at Strabane Woods, 319 Wellness Way, Washington, PA 15301, or OSPTA Hospice, 4325 SR 51 N. Belle Vernon, PA 15012 Private Inurnment will be at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
