He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph S. Blasiole, MD and Lucile Emma Crumrine. He is survived by: his sister Sylvia Rae Bagby (Dick) of Virginia Beach; his nieces, Dana Buchanan (Andrew) and Tara Shepley (Joe); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rachael, Luke, Andrew, Joe, David and Sarah.
