She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Allen Edwards and Bettie Fowler Edwards; her sons, Rodney Edwards of Upper Marlboro, MD, Nathaniel Edwards of Washington, Jamaal Edwards (Erin Andy) of Washington and Rasool Edwards (Jessica Freeman) of Carmichaels; her grandchildren, Laquan, Shawnte, Brionna, Tyrik, Isaiah, Malekahi, Gionni Edwards, Dietrick Davidson, Azyah and Ashante Dotson; her siblings, Shelly Edwards of Washington, Charles Edwards of Washington, John Edwards of Houston, Sadie Watkins, Mildred Williams and Allen "Nick" Edwards Jr.; and her boyfriend Roy Edwards. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
