He is survived by: his wife Genevieve "Jenny" Lynn Manderick Teagarden; his siblings, Teryl Clutter (Phil) of West Finley, Doug Teagarden (Chris) of West Alexander, Robin Smith (Ed) of Washington and Chad (Bobbie Jo) of West Alexander; his siblings-in-law, Susan Teagarden of Akron, Ohio., Carl, Jim, Ed, Charlie, Craig, Lou, Dee, Patsy, Rose, Bernadette and Jeannette; his son Thomas E. Teagarden, Jr. (Clarissa); his grandchildren, Tommy, Megan, Marine and Jeremy (Katelyn); and his great grandchildren, Baylee Paige and Addison Mae. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and very close friends.
