We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2022, at the age of 74, Toni L. Sultzer (Washington, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Ross and Louise Spisso Ross. She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Sultzer; her daughter Marcy Miller (Joseph) of Plum; her granddaughter Emily Gagianas (Theo); her great grandchildren, Maximus, Christian and Heath; and her cousin Patricia Mason (Tex) of Mount Pleasant.
