He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Betty Lee Schaffer Riser and Victor William Riser, Sr.; his siblings, Roger L. Riser (Barbara) of Meadowlands, Kenneth E. Riser of Washington and Jo Ann VanBriggle (Bernard) of Washington; and his close friend Debbie McMasters.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Washington Area Humane Society, Box 66, Eighty-Four, PA 15330.
