He is survived by: his children, Wilbur Douglas Ruetschi (JoAnn) of Claysville, Carol Basara (George) of Cokeburg, Betsy Murner (Bill) of South Franklin and Sue Roup (Chuck) of Washington; and his grandchildren, Amy, Judy, Jill, Phillip, Sandy, Becky, Beth, Jenny, Carrie and Chuck. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
