As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Carrie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Fornwalt and Ethel Fornwalt (Shaeffer); and her siblings, Harold, Henry, Paul, Carl, Marvin Fornwalt, Nora M. Black, Jennie Kurtz and Bessie Worthington.
She is survived by: her close friend Ann Marie Kepner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; a large network of extended family.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests everyone to listen to the favorite country song and attend a local rodeo in remembrance of Carrie.
