He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer L. Bliss, Sr. and Marilyn Owens Bliss Fisher; and his grandmother Ruth Bliss. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Dutchie" Kindle Bliss; his children, Christa Bliss Nieves (Raul) of Erie and Jody Bliss (Kim McLaughlin) of Erie; and his stepsons, Thomas Berry, Jr. (Michelle) of Florida and Michael Berry of Wattsburg. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
