He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank R. Evans, Sr. and Katharyn C. Koehler Evans. He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. Snyder Evans; his children, Valerie Evans, Frank R. Evans, III (Linda Pauline) of Walls, MS, Matthew Evans (Linda) of Greene Twp, Daniel Evans of Wattsburg, Michael Evans of Wattsburg and Patrick Evans of Portage, IN; his brother Eugene Evans (Marilyn) of Waterford; his grandchildren, Nicole, Tom, Chris, Rick, Nikki and Scott; his great grandchildren, Shanley, Austin, Christian, Jaelynn, Aayden, Alivia, Wyatt and Owen; and his great great grandchild Trenton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
