She was predeceased by: her husband John Fotusky, Sr.; her parents, Bruno Herold and Mabel Barnes Herold; her children, Christine Soja and John Anthony Fotusky; and her brothers, George Herold and Daniel G. Herold.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Fotusky and Maryann Rosler; and her sister Rosie Posdon. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
