He was predeceased by : his grandfather James Matoushek. He is survived by : his parent Kimberly Anderson; his siblings, Lance Anderson of Waymart, John Anderson of Forest City and Heather Schumacher; his niece Madelyn of Prompton; his brother Eddie Schumacher of Edison, NJ.; his grandmother Linda Matoushek; and his uncle David Matoushek. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
