She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Mackney and Genevieve Mackney; and her husband Harry D. VanElswyk, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Maryann Schade (Robert) and Harry D. VanElswyk, Jr. (Christine Melton); her stepchildren, Wayne VanElswyk, Grammie of Jennifer and Derrick; her brother Henry S. Mackney (Karen); and her cousin Geraldine Gilison.
