He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Jacob Much and Elizabeth Much; and his sisters, Priscilla Elko and Deborah Jones. He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Much; his sons, S. Jacob "Jake" Much (Amanda) and Matthew M. Much; his grandsons, Greyson and Cavin; his siblings, Dr. Mandell Much and Elizabeth Horrocks; and his close friend Linda.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Assumption Church (35 Old Eagle School Rd, Wayne, PA 19087). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Assumption (35 Old Eagle School Rd, Wayne, PA 19087). A reception will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Radnor Hotel (591 Lancaster Ave, St Davids, PA 19087).
A Private Interment at Edgewood Memorial Park, 325 Baltimore Pike, Glen Mills, PA and reception at the Radnor Hotel, 591 Lancaster Ave, St David's, PA 19087 from 2:00 PM-5:00 PM, In lieu of flowers, contributions in Samuel's name to the Fund for Penn's Abramson Cancer Center - https://www.pennmedicine.org. would be greatly appreciated.
