Cicero of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, born in Oxford, South East, who passed away on December 24, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gray and Joan E. Gray (Wheller); her husband James Paul Cicero, Sr.; and her sister Wendy Gray. She is survived by: her sons, James Paul Cicero, II of Waynesboro and Joel Gray Cicero (Dianne) of Waynesboro; her granddaughters, Hannah and Chanelle; her great grandchild Cohen; and her sisters, Bridget Chaudoin of Tampa, FL and Christine Wheatley of Oxford, England. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
