He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Newcomer and Janet Mae George Newcomer; and his wife Brenda Newcomer. He is survived by: his brother Ronald E. Newcomer (Sherry); his sibling's children, Ashley M. Newcomer and Allison Kopco (Chris); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jace and Noelle; his brother-in-law Arvid Ingream (Norma); his sibling's children, Jeff Ingream (Robin), Lisa Hull (Tom) and Scott Ingream (Gwenda); his brother-in-law Jeffrey Ingream (Alice); his sibling's children, Ami Myers (Ingream) and Jason Ingream (Jacinta); and also Bonnie N. Albright (John) of Waynesboro.
