He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur F. Hartman and Betty J. Hartman (Hollinger). He is survived by: his sisters, Betsy Smith of Chambersburg, Gail Hartman and Nancy Kaiser (Dave) of Waynesboro; his siblings' children, Ryan Kaiser, Justin Kaiser, Glenn Smith, III and Amber Smith; and also Tobey Hook of Hagerstown.
