He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Phillip Lowman and Margaret Lowman (Lane); and his siblings, Barbara Hill, Ronald Lane and Arlo Lowman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Phillip Lowman, Eric Lowman, Lynn "Mooch" Lowman, Millicent Green and Ursulla Gonzales. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
