She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry L. Kerstetter, Jr. and Peace Elizabeth Kerstetter (Ankeney); and her husband Charles M. Spangler, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Spangler (Shelly Stout) of Orrstown, PA, David Spangler (Holly) of Rising Sun, MD and Michael Spangler (Anita) of Waynesboro. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
