She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerald Shank and Ruby Shank (High) of Antrim Township; her children, Erin O. Peer (Michael) of Greencastle and Chad C. Horst (Missy) of Waynesboro; her grandsons, Cody M. Kennedy of Florida, Cory A. Kennedy of Greencastle, Tyler E. Horst (Karley Martin) of Waynesboro and John S. L. Horst of Waynesboro; her stepgrandchildren, Shianne Peer, McKenna Peer and Dallas Peer; her great grandchildren, Jupiter, Teddy, Wynonna, Easton, Sammy and Remi; and her brothers, Donald "Donnie" Shank (Laurie) of Merrimac and Edward High (Trish) of Greencastle. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions to Hollowell Church, 14807 Hollowell Church Rd., Waynesboro, PA 17268, a place so dear to Patricia's heart.
