He was predeceased by: his father C. Robert Miller. He is survived by: his mother Frances "Pampy" Miller (Harbaugh); his daughter Stacy M. McCleaf (Daniel); his grandsons, Cy and Owen McCleaf; and his sisters, Jane M. Kirkpatrick-Stephey (Gene) of Waynesboro, Linda M. McLaughlin (Daniel) of Waynesboro and Mary Ellen M. Hess (Rick) of Waynesboro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
