It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Albert Riley of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 23, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Lee Riley and Louise Marie Redman Riley. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Lee Oliver Riley; his daughter NormaJean Riley of Waynesburg, PA; and his stepdaughters, Ashley Copper (Matthew) of West Virginia and Amanda Fox of Cameron, WV.. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren, 8 Sisters, 2 Brothers and several nieces and nephews.
