He was predeceased by: his parents, Abner Tharp and Mildred Tustin Tharp. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Marie Stout Tharp; his daughters, Michelle Pulkownik (William) of Waynesburg, PA. and Melissa Wood (Shawn) of Waynesburg, PA.; his grandchildren, Hannah Wood, Lucy Pulkownik and Will Pulkownik; and his siblings, Jean Carrol of Belle Vernon, PA, Sara King of Waynesburg, PA, Martha Grim of Wind Ridge, PA and Robert Tharp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Burial will be private in the Bethlehem Cemetery, Ruff Creek, PA. We ask that masks be worn while in the church and social distancing be followed.
